Tony Shepard is a character in The imaginarium of doctor parnassus.

-Tony Shepard is an aspiring con artist. He is a cunning trickster who uses a small flute to cheat death. A lasso wraps his neck and stops his breathing. When threats become satisfied with his condition and abandon him, he escapes. After stealing from a charity, its investors chase him but fail to catch him alive. Shepard hangs from a bridge that Parnassus's caravan happens upon.

-He was first played by Heath Ledger but the actor didn't finish the movie because of his death in 2008 leading fellow actors Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law to finish the film instead.
